Dear Editor,

I want to thank the Salford Advertiser for publishing my letter highlighting our campaign to save Disability Living Allowance from abolition by signing our online petition on HM Government epetition website as follows at http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/38182 "Stop the Abolition of Disability Living Allowance for Personal Independence Payments." As a result we had a significant increase in the number of signatures which now stands at nearly 4,000. I urge everyone to sign the petition as it is clear the new system is going to have a devastating impact on people living with disabilities, their families and carers. Thank you.
