Asda Planning application/Swinton Unitarian burialground - Update

Published on by mikemouldingcommunity-action

Surnames of people laid to rest in Swinton Unitarian Church Yard.

Please Note:
This document is not intended to offend or disrespect any of the desendants or the people buried in this grave yard. It has been created to make people aware of the fact that Asda have proposedl plans to exhume these people from their final resting place in order to make way for their new store and car park at Swinton Precinct. It is intended for the use to give people a chance to find out if they have any ancestors buried in Swinton Unitarian Church grave yard, so they can opose the plans to relocate their ancestors - if they wish to. Anyone who may believe they are affected can contact me on 0161 7948483.

Many thanks to Lizzie Leek for obtaining the information.
